No. 4817 Unusual Vintage Silverplated Brass & Mother Of Pearl Buckle: Marked on the reverse "The Princess Patent" and carries the intial "D" on the front Mother of Pearl plaque. Some small amounts of wear to the silverplate but doesn't detract from the overall look. 6.6cm x 5.5cm. Price: $75.00.
No. 4461 c.1870s/80s Double Prong Gilt Brass Buckle: The buckle is decorated with carved Mother of Pearl flowers. The two holes in the middle are possibly to attach the buckle to the belt? I don't believe they are missing Mother of Pearl flowers as there is no rondelle for them to sit in like the others. There are a few tiny spots of verdigris and it is slightly out of shape from use but otherwise in good condition. 7.7cm x 3.5cm. Price: $90.00.
No. 4885 c.1800/1810 Georgian Cut Steel Hand Rivetted PAIR of Shoe Buckles: Pairs are always difficult to find. The design consists of a basket of flowers but there is one rivet missing near the top of the basket on the left hand buckle however, it is hard to see - otherwise very good condition. No markings. Each buckle is 5.5cm x 4.3cm. Price:$395.00 pair.
